despite the "spaciousness" of my room, it had an unbearable odor like unwashed towels, truly charming. not. worst of all, I was promised a room change that never happened. to top it off, I expected at least a fruit basket or a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, just a disappointment instead.

Great location and comfy stay!
I really loved my stay here! Staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and had this nice modern vibe. I also enjoyed the in-room breakfast which was a nice way to start the day. Just wish the shower was a bit bigger—felt a bit cramped.

Overall very pleasant experience at the hotel. The friendly reception and clean room truly enhanced my stay. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, so I never needed additional transportation to explore. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming, making my time very comfortable. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Rome!
